Wk #63: 2016 Didnt Happen

At the start of 2016 I remember thinking, "2016 is never going to end." And well, here we are, coming to the close of the year. And the worst part is that it went by so fast that it doesn't even feel real. All of the memories and things that happened feel like dreams. What a strange feeling.

Well this week I arrived to my new area and began working with the new responsibilities. I gotta say, it's a lot to handle, but it's going well. I've got some big projects to take care of, but I trusting in the Lord to help me out (: My companion is Elder Marin from Chile! He's great! We have a few things to work out, but all in all it's going well with him. The best part of the new area is that our house is brand new and has air conditioning. It's one of the only houses in the mission with AC. HALLELUJAH. We didn't have very much time this week to dive into the area and knock doors, but the time we did have was great! The people here in Pehuajó are very open! I miss Tandil, but the change has been good.

I have dived into the baking world. I tested my skills with some homemade cinnamon rolls, and honestly surprised myself. My Grandma Hunter would be proud (; I'll attach a picture (:

I hope all is well with you and yours! My prayers are always coming your way! Thank you for the love and support you have shown me.

We took some to an investigator and she said, "Yep, Utah (She calls me Utah because she can't say my name) can get home and get married real quick." haha (
